Faspay is an Indonesian payment gateway that businesses use to take payments from shoppers in the country. It is operated by PT Media Indonusa; the PT prefix marks an Indonesian limited liability company.
Why a local gateway
Indonesian shoppers do not rely on cards alone: bank transfers, e-wallets and payments at retail chains are widely used. International providers rarely cover all of these, while a local gateway is built around them from the start. The more familiar options a checkout shows, the fewer carts get abandoned.
