Overview

ExWave is a P2P processing service operating in the CIS since 2024. It accepts payments for gambling and betting projects through person-to-person transfers and onboards merchants in one to three days. The information is based on its public profile; the company's own website and legal entity have not been confirmed.

Methods and rates

The base rate starts at 8%, with the final rate depending on method and transaction amount:

  • Classic (SBP / card-to-card): 7%, via Russia's Faster Payments System or a direct card transfer;
  • Counterparties: 8%;
  • BT: 9% for pay-ins, with 2.4% stated for pay-outs.

Exchange rates for settlement are taken from Rapira.

Onboarding terms

  • onboarding: 1–3 days;
  • no KYC required;
  • security deposit: from 250 USDT.

A security deposit is an amount the merchant places before going live as a guarantee against disputes and refunds.

Who it is for

The service targets gambling and betting in the CIS, where standard card acquiring is usually closed to such projects. Rates are higher than card rates, so it is used where no other acceptance channel is available. Check the current rate for your method and amount before launch.
