Overview

eService is an acquiring company that covers both sales channels: physical locations with terminals and online sales. A merchant can get a terminal for the till and payment acceptance for the website from the same provider.

Services

  • countertop terminals for shop tills, cafés, pharmacies and other fixed points of sale;
  • mobile terminals for couriers, field technicians, market stalls and delivery, where the customer pays on the spot;
  • online payments for web shops and digital services.

Who it suits

Combining terminals with online acceptance helps businesses that sell both in store and on the web: retail chains, restaurants with delivery and service companies. One contract instead of two simplifies revenue reconciliation, and reporting for every channel sits in one place. A mobile terminal also means you do not lose a sale on a home visit when the customer has no cash.

Terms

The company does not publish its countries of operation, terminal costs or transaction fees. These, along with equipment installation times, are discussed when you apply and depend on turnover and the type of outlet.
