Overview

Durango Merchant Services opens merchant accounts for higher-risk businesses. Merchants can accept bank cards and eCheck, an electronic cheque that debits the customer's bank account.

Methods - bank cards; - eCheck, an account debit authorised by the buyer online.

Offering eCheck alongside cards reduces reliance on a single channel. If the card acquirer tightens terms or caps volume, part of the payments can shift to account debits.

Who the clients are The company works with higher-risk merchants, meaning businesses that banks see as risky because of chargeback rates, sales models or regulatory limits. Mainstream providers often decline them, while a specialist partner finds a suitable bank.

How approval works High-risk support is stated, but onboarding for a specific business is not guaranteed; underwriting decides. To speed it up, prepare: - several months of processing statements; - refund and dispute data; - a description of the product and the refund policy on your site.

What to clarify Countries, pricing, reserves and payout times are not published and are set after the risk profile is assessed.
