DEORA

Overview

DEORA is a P2P processing service for the Russian market, launched in 2026. It accepts gambling and betting traffic, onboards merchants in 1–3 days and does not require KYC.

Methods and rates Pricing is almost identical across directions: - Classic (SBP and card-to-card) — 14%; - BT — 14%; - GU — 14%; - mobile commerce — 16%.

The base rate starts from 14%. A flat scale makes unit economics easy to model: the merchant does not need to tune the funnel around different fees, with mobile commerce as the only exception. The exchange rate follows Rapira, and for BT it is Rapira plus 7–9%.

Deposit An insurance deposit of 200 USDT or more is required, a fairly low entry threshold. That suits smaller projects wanting to test the direction without a large collateral.

Who it suits Gambling and betting projects with an audience in Russia that want a broad set of P2P methods and simple pricing.
