Overview
Daystar Payments is a payments company that runs a partner programme for industry players. Partners bring businesses onto its payment processing, including sectors with stricter underwriting requirements.
Partner programme Who is invited: - referral partners; - consultants and agencies; - ISOs and ISVs, meaning independent sales organisations and software vendors.
Compensation is tiered: 30%, 50% or up to 70% of net processing revenue from referred clients. The larger the portfolio, the higher the partner's share.
What it means for a partner A share of processing revenue is a long-tail model: payments continue for as long as the merchant keeps processing. Willingness to take on harder sectors matters for agents whose clients are turned down by standard acquirers.
Not disclosed The legal entity, merchant pricing and onboarding steps are not published. Before starting, request the partner agreement and clarify how net revenue is calculated and how often commissions are paid.
