Overview
Datatrans is a PSP and payment gateway that is not tied to a single acquirer. A merchant can connect several acquiring banks and split transactions between them instead of relying on one partner.
Capabilities - more than 40 payment methods through one integration; - native SDKs for mobile apps; - payment routing across acquirers.
Being acquirer-agnostic adds flexibility: as volume grows, a bank can be swapped or added without rebuilding the integration, and routing helps send transactions where approval rates are higher or costs are lower.
Who it serves Hospitality and retail are named as client segments. Hotels need pre-authorisation and payments across channels, while retailers want a single setup for web and app checkout. The wide choice of methods helps businesses with foreign customers.
Integration The main tool for apps is an SDK that embeds payment directly into the mobile interface. Countries served, pricing and onboarding times are not published and are agreed individually.
