Overview
Coinify is a Danish crypto payments and exchange company operating as Coinify ApS (company number 35847995, Copenhagen). It serves retail users, businesses, PSPs and wallets with buying and selling of digital assets and merchant payments.
Merchant payments A merchant accepts crypto on a website and at points of sale and is settled either in crypto or in a supported local currency. Conversion matters for companies that accept crypto but do not want to hold it because of price swings: the buyer pays in crypto, and the seller receives fiat and keeps books as usual.
Buy and sell, and OTC Coinify also offers fiat-to-crypto and crypto-to-fiat trades, including embedded solutions for platforms that let users buy or sell inside their product, and Coinify+ OTC Broker with individual execution. By its terms, card delivery follows as soon as practicable depending on the network, while bank-transfer delivery takes 1-2 business days after the trade is processed.
Account rules Personal and corporate trade accounts cannot be used for another party, the funding account must be in the same name, and corporate clients provide UBO documents.
Integration Integration is via API. Fees, supported coins and currencies, and countries served are confirmed per product.
