Overview
Billplz is a payment gateway built for the Malaysian market. It brings together, in a single integration, the methods local shoppers already use: online banking, cards, wallets and the national QR standard.
Available payment methods
- FPX — direct payments from Malaysian online banking: the customer picks their bank and approves the transfer there, without entering card details;
- bank cards — for customers who prefer to pay by card;
- e-wallets — a popular way to pay from a smartphone in the region;
- DuitNow QR — the single national QR code that bank and wallet apps can scan.
Together these cover the main ways people pay in the country, from online store checkouts to bills and subscriptions.
Coverage
The gateway operates in Malaysia. For a merchant this means local methods and a familiar checkout for buyers, but not international acceptance: if you need to take payments from other countries, you will need a second provider.

Pricing, payout timing and merchant requirements are not published in the gateway's description; they are shared once you apply. Before going live, it is worth checking which of the listed methods are enabled from day one and which are activated separately.
