Overview
Bill360 is a payment facilitator (PayFac) that helps US companies accept B2B payments. Payment acceptance is built into the invoicing workflow: the company sends an electronic invoice, and the customer pays it through their portal.
Methods
- bank cards;
- ACH, domestic US bank transfers, usually cheaper than cards for large B2B amounts;
- payment links;
- autopay for recurring settlements.
What a PayFac is
A payment facilitator onboards businesses to payment acceptance under its own master account. The business does not need to open a separate merchant account with a bank, so getting started is usually faster and simpler.
Tools
- electronic invoices;
- a customer portal where buyers see and pay their invoices;
- embedded payment acceptance without a separate gateway.
Who it suits
B2B companies in the US, such as suppliers, distributors, service firms and manufacturers that invoice customers and want to get paid faster.
Terms
Card and ACH pricing is not published on the card and is discussed during onboarding.
