Quasi-cash in Azerbaijan: 7% pay-in, 3% pay-out, H2H

Integration Connection is H2H: data flows directly between servers, and the merchant builds the payment interface. This gives flexibility in cashier design but requires development resources.

How to assess the offer The full cost of acceptance combines the 7% fee, 3% on conversion at settlement and the fixed network charge. The wide limit range covers small and mid-size payments, while payouts from 20 ₼ work for regular customer withdrawals.
