What cash collection covers

Cash collection is the regular pickup of banknotes from a business — retail points, agents, terminals, exchange offices — followed by counting, secure transport and crediting. Traditionally funds go to a bank account; a growing number of providers also offer cash-to-crypto, crediting the equivalent in USDT. In payment ecosystems this helps agents, cash-heavy merchants and P2P teams move offline money into settlement rails.

Typical services

  • Scheduled or on-demand pickups with cash-in-transit security.
  • Counting and verification of banknotes, with a report per pickup.
  • Crediting to a bank account, an e-money account or a crypto wallet.
  • Change delivery and cash supply for points that pay out cash.
  • Cash-to-crypto and crypto-to-cash conversion for business clients.
  • USDT cash collection ("инкассация USDT") — collecting cash and settling in stablecoins.

How to choose

  • Coverage: cities and specific addresses served, frequency of pickups.
  • Limits: minimum per pickup, maximum per day, insurance coverage in transit.
  • Crediting time: same day or next day; rate fixing for crypto conversion.
  • Compliance: licences for cash handling, KYB, source-of-funds documentation — legitimate providers will ask for it.
  • Reporting: pickup receipts, reconciliation files, API for statuses.
  • Fees: per visit, percent of amount, or a monthly package.

When to use something else

For one-off deals, cash exchangers or cash traders may be enough. For large regular conversions after collection, compare an OTC desk.
