Technical Support Analyst – APAC

Yuno is looking for a Technical Support Analyst, APAC (APAC (Beijing, Hong Kong, Shanghai or Shenzhen listed), remote format).

Responsibilities

• Handle merchant support and NOC alerts during APAC hours
• Investigate payment failures
• Escalate reproducible platform issues

Requirements

• Two or more years of relevant experience
• Mandarin communication with regional merchants
• English documentation for the global team
