Account Manager

Winway is hiring an Account Manager to bring merchants from the first contact to launch, working full-time in a remote format.

Responsibilities

• Work with merchants from first contact to launch
• Handle onboarding, documentation and AML
• Connect and integrate payment solutions
• Work with acquiring, PSP and APM
• Negotiate, handle objections and resolve disputes
• Develop partners and increase volumes
• Monitor indicators and coordinate tasks with internal teams

Requirements

• 2+ years in fintech, crypto, payments, iGaming or high-risk
• Knowledge of acquiring, Apple Pay / Google Pay, APM, SEPA and OCT
• Experience with a partner portfolio
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Excel / Google Sheets
• Organisation, stress resistance and proactivity
• English B2+
