COO

Sola is looking for a COO to manage the operations of its payment platform, working full-time and remotely on Moscow hours from Europe or anywhere in the world.

Responsibilities

• Manage payment-platform operations, PSP and acquiring, risks and P&L
• Scale teams and payment flows

Requirements

• 3–4 years of leadership in a high-risk payments business
