Senior Onboarding Manager

A payments company needs a Senior Onboarding Manager to build and lead the process of connecting to banks and PSPs, from first contact to MID activation.

Responsibilities - Build relationships with banks, EMIs, acquirers and PSPs - Manage KYC/AML, UBO and due-diligence packages - Design SOPs and workflows and coordinate Compliance, Finance and Product

Requirements - Fintech/PSP bank-connection experience, preferably in Europe, Dubai or Hong Kong - An existing banking and provider network - Fluent English, C1+ - Organisation and problem-solving - High-risk experience is advantageous
