Payments Operations Lead

A payments company in Limassol needs a Payments Operations Lead for its PSP business; 5/2 schedule.

Responsibilities - Build and scale the operating model of the PSP business. - Audit and optimize processing together with Product, Tech and analytics. - Prepare the infrastructure for growing volumes, new partners and new markets, including LATAM. - Develop the ops team.

Requirements - Experience managing processes in PSP, fintech or P2P. - Deep understanding of processing and of building scalable systems. - A hands-on approach; international experience is a plus.

Conditions - Location: Limassol, Cyprus. - 5/2 schedule, Russian-speaking team and fast decisions. - Relocation support and documents for the employee and family.
