A Payment Support specialist is needed to handle disputes in Ukraine, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan and Turkey, working remotely.

Responsibilities - check requests against receipts and statements - communicate with clients and traders - meet SLAs - escalate complex cases

Requirements - Russian and Ukrainian - juniors are trained

Conditions - remote - 12-hour shifts - 3/3 or 4/4 schedule
