Payment Operator / Payment Manager

A fintech company needs a Payment Operator to process partners’ receipts remotely on night shifts (Moscow time).

Responsibilities - process more than 200 incoming partner receipts per shift - control the agent’s bank details - explain working instructions to partners - enter data in the CRM and keep reports

Requirements - experience in Latin America or Africa, or in affiliate, project management or support, is a plus - understanding of crypto P2P transfers - confidence with numbers and Excel - ability to work with proxies, emulators and anti-detect browsers

Conditions - remote, full-time - 5/2 or 6/1 schedule; shifts 16:00–04:00, 17:00–05:00 or 20:00–08:00 Moscow time - the stated pay applies after probation - growth to a managerial role is possible
