Onyx Processing is looking for a Head of Sales to lead its sales organisation, working full-time and remotely.

Responsibilities

• Lead the sales organisation and define the strategy
• Manage the pipeline
• Coach teams
• Represent the company at industry events

Requirements

• Senior sales leadership in payments, fintech or B2B SaaS
• A record of exceeding revenue targets and managing complex sales cycles
• Team-building, communication and negotiation skills
• CRM and analytics proficiency
• Ability to work across regions and time zones
• A relevant degree and international sales experience are advantages
