Onboarding Specialist

A payments company is hiring an Onboarding Specialist in Riga, Latvia, to run the full client journey.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full client cycle and coordinate each required step on time
• Prepare, maintain and control document packages for accuracy against internal and partner requirements
• Work with banks, payment providers and other financial partners on client connection
• Handle incoming requests promptly
• Monitor application statuses and push next steps
• Help improve internal workflows and operational efficiency

Requirements

• 1.5+ years in compliance operations or related areas
• Fintech, payments, PSP, e-commerce or other financial-services experience
• Understanding of client processes and regulatory requirements
• Fluent Russian and English
• Multitasking, attention to detail, proactivity and resilience under pressure
• Experience with international or high-risk clients, with AI tools for task automation and with banks or PSPs is a plus
