Legal Counsel | High-Risk Payments & PSP

A payments company needs a Legal Counsel for high-risk payments and PSP; the role is remote within the European Union.

Responsibilities - Support PSP and processing work and contracts with merchants, partners and providers. - Review high-risk merchants, KYB/KYC and onboarding. - Handle AML policies, UBO, corporate structures and MSB licensing with external advisers. - Work with Compliance, Risk and Sales under the department head.

Requirements - 1+ year in law; KYB/KYC, contract review and AML. - English: B2 spoken, C1–C2 written. - A high-risk, payments, PSP or iGaming background is a plus.

Conditions - Remote, European Union; official employment is available for candidates in Riga. - Payouts in USDT.
