Compliance Head

Karta.io is hiring a Compliance Head to build and lead its control and risk framework, working remotely within the GMT+3 to GMT+8 time zones.

Responsibilities

• Build or transform the AML, sanctions and risk system
• Design risk logic and transaction monitoring
• Work with banks and PSPs

Requirements

• 5–8+ years in AML and risk
• Knowledge of KYC/KYB, WW/EU/UK sanctions, and card and crypto flows
• Independence and English at B2+
• Crypto/Web3, start-up and high-risk experience and tools such as Chainalysis, TRM Labs or Elliptic are a plus
