Junior Onboarding Specialist

A payments company is hiring a Junior Onboarding Specialist in Riga, Latvia, to collect and check the documents that underwriting and client intake require.

Responsibilities

• Collect and verify information and documentation for underwriting procedures
• Conduct business correspondence with banks, PSPs and other financial partners
• Prepare accurate and timely answers to external partners' requests
• Track the status of tasks and proactively request or clarify missing information
• Manage several tasks at once and meet deadlines
• Escalate issues to colleagues in time or propose solutions
• Work with internal teams so clients complete their process on time

Requirements

• Fintech or e-commerce experience is an advantage
• Fluent Russian and English, written and spoken
• Self-organisation, attention to detail and clear written communication
• A proactive approach and the ability to work without constant control
• Ability to process large volumes of information and learn new processes
• Interest in fintech and underwriting
