Payment Operations Specialist / Back Office Manager

Jool Pay in Riga, Latvia is looking for a Payment Operations Specialist to run all Back Office processes on their own at the start; remote work is possible.

Responsibilities - process client and own payments, including verification and authorization - act as Safeguarding Officer and produce the daily safeguarding reconciliation report - manage liquidity and nostro accounts - take part in the SEPA connection via EKS and the new core system rollout - handle regulatory and internal reporting - later build and lead the team

Requirements - 2–3+ years in fintech, payments or banking - knowledge of SWIFT (MT/MX), SEPA Credit Transfer and SEPA Instant - Latvian and English (Upper-Intermediate or higher)

Conditions - Riga, Latvia; remote work possible - full-time
