Head of Finance

A payments company is hiring a Head of Finance for its Riga, Latvia, working on a hybrid schedule with Russian and English.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile by project, currency and payment
• Prepare P&L, income, expenses and forecasts
• Provide regular reporting for management and shareholders
• Manage cash flow and liquidity
• Build financial analysis and models
• Work with banks, PSPs and payment partners
• Help assess the financial efficiency of new payment solutions and develop finance processes

Requirements

• Experience in payments, fintech, PSP, acquiring or high-risk
• Strong grasp of reconciliation, P&L and reporting
• Ability to handle business questions independently
• Basic accounting knowledge to control external accountants
• Russian and English
