Group CEO (Crypto & Payments Infrastructure)

A crypto and payments infrastructure business is looking for a Group CEO to take over day-to-day management from the founder on a full-time basis.

Responsibilities

• Take over day-to-day management from the founder
• Own the consolidated P&L across crypto processing, global treasury and a proprietary technology platform
• Drive revenue, profitability and EBITDA
• Expand operations and new business lines
• Manage General Managers, processes and accountability
• Allocate resources and report to the founder

Requirements

• Experience as a chief executive, COO or managing director with full P&L responsibility
• Expertise in payments, e-money, crypto and B2B infrastructure
• Regulated cross-jurisdiction experience, including EU CASP, EMI and MiCA
• Scaling businesses and leading cross-border teams
• Fluent Russian and English
