Responsibilities - Support users and merchants at night - Handle questions on transactions, API and blockchain incidents - Monitor the quality of your own work independently

Requirements - One year of support experience - Russian and English at B1–B2 - Readiness for a night schedule

Conditions - Location: any country - Fixed night shifts of 2/2 or a floating schedule - Competitive salary reflecting the night format
