A payments company in Belgrade, Serbia, needs a COO / Operations Director; the format is hybrid and relocation support is possible.

Responsibilities - Run the payments company’s day-to-day work, aligning Payments, Finance, Support and Tech. - Own KPIs, reporting and ERP. - Introduce new methods and providers.

Requirements - Leadership of several functions. - Deep payments expertise.
