Chargeback & Fraud Specialist (Crypto Payments)

A crypto-payments company linked to Cyprus is hiring a Chargeback and Fraud Specialist, working full-time and remotely.

Responsibilities

• Handle chargeback and fraud notifications from acquirers and processors
• Follow Visa and Mastercard dispute rules
• Advise merchants
• Improve fraud workflows together with the anti-fraud teams

Requirements

• Experience in acquiring, anti-fraud, risk or merchant support
• Knowledge of card networks and disputes
• Native Russian and fluent written English
• Attention to detail and deadlines
• Experience with Visa / Mastercard monitoring programmes is an advantage
