Business Development Manager (CIS/RUB)

A payments company needs a Business Development Manager for RUB/CIS. The job is remote, outside Russia.

Responsibilities - Maintain and grow relationships with current payment providers and methods in RUB/CIS - Hold regular calls and correspondence with providers - Monitor method stability, conversion and transaction success, find causes of failures and escalate to the relevant teams - Find and connect new providers and methods

Requirements - Payments, PSP or fintech experience, necessarily with RUB/CIS - Understanding of high-risk specifics: gambling, betting, casino - Experience with providers, methods and integrations, negotiation and partner relations - Readiness for cold search when needed
