A Billing Support Lead is wanted for B2C subscription products covering payments, subscriptions, cancellations and refunds, with locations in the EU, Georgia, Armenia and Serbia.

Responsibilities - lead support for payments, subscriptions, cancellations and refunds - build processes and metrics - introduce AI automation

Requirements - 3+ years in Support - 1–2 years of leadership - merchant-side experience

Conditions - EU, Georgia, Armenia or Serbia - full-time
