Team Lead (Trader Teams)

Aggregató is looking for a Team Lead for its trader groups direction; the role is remote.

Responsibilities - Find and onboard new trader groups. - Negotiate rates, methods, limits, volumes and terms. - Build your own network and cold outreach; scale volumes of existing groups. - Find new payment methods and working setups. - Work with the in-house BizDev unit and bring in merchants, PSPs and providers when needed.

Requirements - Experience with trader groups and an understanding of the market. - Independently finding contacts and taking negotiations through to connection. - Knowledge of payment methods and long-term partnership skills.

Conditions - Remote, full-time. - A paid trial month with transparent goals. - Ready infrastructure, BizDev support and minimal bureaucracy.
