About the event
Fintech NerdCon 2026 is a conference for fintech operators and builders created by Simon Taylor and the team behind the Fintech Brainfood newsletter. Instead of an expo hall it is built around conversations: no sales booths, no badge scanning and no forced meetings. About 1,500 carefully curated founders, operators and senior leaders gather in San Diego to talk about the infrastructure, trust layers, payment rails, AI systems and products shaping financial services. Speakers include the CTO of Nubank, the CEO of Revolut US, Plaid's CTO, Chime's co-founder and the CEOs of Remitly and Figure, while attendees come from companies such as JPMorgan Chase, Stripe, Visa, American Express, Checkout.com, Coinbase and Modern Treasury.
