About the event
The 25th Connected Banking Summit West Africa — Innovation & Excellence Awards 2027 takes place on 25 February 2027 at the Kempinski Hotel Gold Coast City in Accra, Ghana. It is organised by the International Center for Strategic Alliances (ICSA), formerly known for the Digital Banking Summit, and marks the series' silver jubilee.
The theme is "Next-Gen Finance West Africa: Resilient, Scalable & Customer-Centric". The organiser frames the region as moving from going digital to being inherently digital, with three strategic imperatives: resilience, scalability and customer-centricity. CB2027 focus areas include payment innovation and cross-border integration, alongside digital transformation and regulation. ICSA keeps the format closed and boardroom-level, combining sessions with an awards ceremony.
