About
MMGP forum is a large Russian-language board, with some 400,000 users and 16 million messages, and its section on electronic payment systems collects user talk about wallets and processors.
Sub-forums
WebMoney is the largest live one, at 580 topics and 29,300 messages; its latest thread in the list, a discussion of WebMoney news and announcements, is dated 17 August 2025. YooMoney (formerly Yandex Money) has 110 topics, Qiwi 85 topics, PayPal 104 topics, "Other payment systems" 152 topics (Skrill, LiqPay, OKPAY, Payza) and "Payment processing" 98 topics.
Archive and pinned threads
The archive holds 847 topics and about 57,000 messages on systems that no longer operate: Perfect Money, RBK Money, E-Gold and Liberty Reserve. Pinned discussions include "What security measures prevent hacking?" with 215 replies and "Which payment system do you hold funds in?" with 795 replies.
Recent activity in the section is thin, so it reads best as a record of how Russian users dealt with wallet blocks, support delays and account security. Researchers and PSP analysts can use it to trace user sentiment about legacy e-money brands.
Payments angle
Threads on WebMoney, YooMoney, Qiwi and PayPal plus an archive for defunct e-wallets give history and user complaints about Russian electronic payment systems.
