Building & Operating a TPS Program: The Six Pillars

The session walks through the six operational pillars every TPS programme has to stand up and keep running: what each capability must do, where programmes commonly get it wrong, and recommendations to benchmark against. It draws on experience scaling a TPS programme from zero to more than $1.5 billion in monthly ACH volume. Attendees learn how good-funds versus accelerated funding changes return exposure, which controls to apply (transaction and account limits, automatic risk holds, the debit > wait > credit rule), and what reporting an ODFI or examiner expects.
