About the event
Balkan Payment Forum 2027 takes place in Tirana, Albania, on 25 May 2027. Organised by ProMoney, it positions itself as the strategic payments hub of Southern Europe, uniting the Balkan payments, fintech and financial services ecosystem with the global payments community.
The forum gathers central banks, regulators, financial institutions, PSPs, innovators, investors and technology providers from 20+ countries. The agenda focuses on a decisive phase for the region: rapid digitalisation, EU-driven regulatory change such as SEPA and instant payments, open banking and growing cross-border commerce.
