2027 BAFT Europe Forum

BAFT Europe Forum 2027 takes place in Frankfurt on 9–11 March 2027. It is organised by BAFT, the global association for transaction banking, and brings together banks and payment players working on international trade and payments in Europe.

The published programme opens with keynotes on industrialising AI in transaction banking, payment data analytics and workforce transformation. Plenary sessions cover macroeconomic trends, growing sanctions complexity, adoption of EU instant payments, emerging payment infrastructure, global trade patterns, the evolution of Swift and ISO 20022, regulatory priorities, cybercrime risks and digital assets. Workshops look at execution with non-bank financial institutions, innovation proofs of concept and standards for reliable AI.
