About the event
10DX Summit Kenya 2027 is a closed one-day banking summit in Nairobi on 17 March 2027, themed From Mobile-First to Intelligent Banking. It gathers technology, digital, transformation, data, customer experience and cyber leaders of Kenyan banks — roughly 75 attendees from 25+ banks and financial institutions, with 15+ speakers.
Five sessions look at the Central Bank of Kenya's draft AI guidance and accountability for agentic AI, rebuilding the customer experience across data, mobile and the core, national-scale cyber threats, data quality for supervision, and how sector consolidation can simplify the technology estate. Case-study slots show how specific problems were solved in practice.
Who should attend
The audience includes heads of payments, CIOs, CTOs and CISOs of banks in the most mobile-first financial market in the world. Mobile money, wallet and fraud-prevention vendors can join as summit partners or host a roundtable.
