Overview
Arf is an institutional platform for short-term liquidity and settlement aimed at cross-border payment companies. It uses collateralised digital assets and stablecoins so that participants can settle between countries quickly.
What it offers
- stablecoin settlement;
- on-ramp and off-ramp between fiat and stablecoins;
- short-term liquidity to cover settlement gaps.
Cross-border payment companies often have to pre-fund accounts in different countries. Short-term stablecoin liquidity means capital does not have to be locked up in every corridor, and settlement closes faster than through a chain of correspondent banks.
Who can join
Services are available only to licensed financial institutions. Unlicensed companies, merchants and individuals cannot become clients.
Legal entity and regulation
The operator is Arf Financial GmbH, Switzerland. The company is a member of the VQF self-regulatory organisation (number 101012). This is SRO membership for anti-money-laundering compliance, not a banking licence. Pricing is not published.
