Top-Exchange is an online service for exchanging cryptocurrencies and fiat money, open to individuals and legal entities. The published form lists AVAX, BNB, BTC, DASH, DOGE, ETH, LTC and TRX among others, and the full set also includes USDC, USDT, XMR, SOL and TON.

Currencies and payment methods Fiat currencies include AMD, AUD, CNY, EUR, GEL, INR, KGS, KZT, MDL, PLN, RON, RUB, THB, TRY, UAH, USD and UZS. Settlement methods range from bank cards, SBP and cash to PayPal, Volet, Payeer, Skrill, Neteller, Revolut, Privat24, Monobank and WebMoney. Crypto networks include BEP20, Polygon, Ethereum, ERC20, TRC20, TRON, TON and BEP2.

Fees, timing and refunds Network fees are handled separately and depend on the network and operation. A recalculation is possible in cases set by the rules. One processing rule cites 8 hours; it applies to that regulation and is not a guaranteed term, and bank, network or compliance delays can occur. Approved refunds go back to the original payment details or wallet, and fees or confirmed costs may be withheld.

Compliance Top-Exchange publishes AML/KYC procedures. During checks it may request identification data and documents, as well as proof of the lawful origin of funds. Claims and limits of liability are covered in the rules.
