SwapsCenter is an online cryptocurrency exchange service that lets users swap one digital asset for another through a web form. Its published asset list opens with BTC, ETH, USDT, NEAR, SOL, TON, USDC and XMR, and extends to LTC, TRX, BNB, XRP, DOGE, ADA, AVAX, BCH, DAI, DASH, DOT, ETC, LINK, POL, SHIB and ZEC.

Assets and networks Transfers can run over Lightning, Arbitrum, Base, BEP20, Optimism, ERC20, Polygon, TON and TRC20. Network fees are treated separately from the exchange itself, and their size depends on the chosen network and the operation.

Rates, timing and refunds The terms mention a floating rate; a rate lock applies only under the conditions and at the moment the service specifies, and a recalculation is possible in cases set out in the rules. One processing rule cites an interval of 10 minutes, which is a condition of that regulation rather than a promise for every swap. Refunds have their own fee provisions: in some cases fees or confirmed costs may be withheld, so these are not a base exchange tariff.

Compliance and partners The service publishes AML/KYC procedures, along with provisions on claims and limits of liability. It also states that a partner or referral programme exists, with accrual terms set by the service.
