Overview
Strike lets customers buy and sell Bitcoin and move value over Bitcoin payment infrastructure. It offers a consumer application and business services, and works as a Bitcoin retail and business broker and payment app.
Exchange and payments Exchange runs in both directions, fiat to BTC and BTC to fiat. Bitcoin is the only asset listed, and the Lightning network is the named blockchain rail for payments. A developer API is documented at docs.strike.me, which allows other products to build on Strike's payment layer.
Regional differences The availability of currencies, bank transfers and products depends on the region. Client types, fees, limits and regulatory status are defined separately by legal entity and market, so the terms of a customer in one country can differ from those in another.
Fit The service suits users who want a Bitcoin-focused app for purchases and Lightning payments, and companies that wish to integrate Bitcoin payments via the API. It does not cover altcoins. Check which Strike entity serves your country and what limits and fees apply to you before depositing funds.
