SCRYPT

SCRYPT serves payment companies, banks and institutional trading firms in fiat, stablecoins and digital assets. It operates as an institutional OTC and API liquidity provider with fiat settlement.

Access and clients Only institutional clients are accepted. The client types are banks, payment firms, fintechs, exchanges, brokers, family offices, asset managers, commodity traders and OTC desks. Approved clients can settle after the trade without prefunding, but this requires pre-approved credit.

Services and pricing Services include spot, OTC and FX, with integration over WebSocket and FIX. Documentation and a sandbox are provided at onboarding. The company quotes a spread on spot and OTC trades and states there is no separate commission; credit pricing is not published. Stablecoin finality takes minutes, and ledger credit is the same day (T+0), depending on the corridor.

Entity and status The legal entity is SCRYPT Digital Trading AG, with the Swiss company number CHE-289.979.451 and offices in Zug (Dammstrasse 16) and Zürich (Talstrasse 41). The company states VQF membership under the Swiss AMLA, which is not a FINMA portfolio-manager licence of the separate SCRYPT Digital Investments AG.
