Overview
Rothbard operates a network of crypto ATMs in Switzerland where individuals buy cryptocurrency for cash and receive CHF payouts.
How it works The exchange direction is cash to crypto and back, with CHF as the fiat currency and cash as the payment method. The map shows opening hours, device status and cash availability for each machine. The current FAQ does not offer a separate exchange with a staff member at an office, so transactions go through the ATMs.
Timing Rothbard states that there is no guaranteed completion time, because blockchain confirmation and order processing are required. A customer should therefore allow for network delays when planning a purchase or sale.
Support Support is available Monday to Friday, 10:00 to 18:00. Customers are individuals.
Practical notes The service suits people in Switzerland who prefer to exchange in cash at a machine instead of using an online account. Fees, limits and identity requirements are not described here, so they should be checked on the operator's website or at the machine before visiting.
