Services The product is an embedded fiat-crypto ramp. Conversion runs from fiat to crypto, while crypto-to-fiat is handled through the OTC desk and depends on a quote. Supported fiat currencies are EUR, USD and PLN. RGLTD offers white-label use, so partners can run the ramp under their own brand.
Legal entity and regulation The regulated crypto-asset services are performed by WEB3 Technology B.V., registered in the Netherlands (KVK 95206604) at Prins Hendrikkade 21 E, Amsterdam. The listed regulator is the Dutch AFM. Users of the former ARI10 services are redirected to the RGLTD brand after those earlier services ended. The stated geography is the EEA.
