Assets and settlement The service lists USDT, BTC, ETH and USDC, with cash as the stated settlement method. The exchange rate can be fixed, but only on the terms and at the moment the service specifies. Network fees are treated separately and depend on the network and the operation.

Compliance Rex publishes AML/KYC procedures and may ask for identification details and documents. It describes analysis of transactions and addresses and their risk profile. Its policy provides for confirmation of the lawful origin of funds, and the amount of evidence required is set by the review.

Refunds In the cases listed in the rules, a refund goes back to the original payment details or wallet. The decision may depend on the compliance review and on the documents provided, and fees or confirmed costs may be withheld. Refund fees are defined separately and are not the base exchange rate.

Partners The company states that a partner and referral programme exists; the accrual terms are set by the service.
