Payments and onboarding The app supports bank and card payment methods for fiat-to-crypto exchange. Business clients go through enhanced KYB that includes the authorised representatives and the ownership structure.

Terms to confirm Conditions such as fees, minimum amounts and regulatory status are set separately by legal entity and market, so the applicable terms depend on where the customer is onboarded. Only BTC is offered, so the service does not suit users who need altcoins or crypto-to-crypto swaps. Large buyers should request a quote from the relevant desk.
