Overview

Matcha / 0x covers Matcha, the DEX aggregator built by ZeroEx, which compares AMM and RFQ liquidity and supports limit orders. The product is also known under the names Matcha, 0x and ZeroEx.

How it works Matcha routes swaps across several liquidity sources and shows the best available path, and the limit orders let users set a price in advance. The company states that it has no custody of assets and no access to private keys, so users trade from their own wallets.

Fees Fees differ by product and network and are shown before the user confirms a transaction. Settlement fees may apply, and a trade surplus may be retained, so the quote on the confirmation screen is the figure to rely on.

Entity and regulation The operator is ZeroEx, Inc. Its Terms explicitly state that the company is not registered or licensed with the CFTC, SEC, FinCEN or any other financial regulator. This is a plain statement of status that compliance teams should factor into counterparty assessments.

Access conditions Users must be at least 18 or older where the age of majority is higher, and sanctions restrictions apply.

Integration The 0x API and documentation are published at 0x.org for teams that want to integrate swap routing into their own products.
